Women in Pharma® (WIP) is a community that provides women in the pharmaceutical industry a forum for connecting and collaborating on technical and career advancement topics. The community’s activities, which include mentoring, making resources available across all levels, educational sessions, and social and networking opportunities, help women in the industry achieve career success and work-life balance.
Because of the global pandemic, we have experienced unexpected joys, learned new skills, adjusted to long days of video conferencing, and dealt with drops in income and potential job losses. How is your calendar looking these days? As I write this, we have all been living a bit differently today than we were one year ago. I’ll bet you have seen an increase in webinars, virtual trainings, and video conference calls, and likely having far fewer face-to-face interactions.
