Membership
- How do I become a Member?
ISPE membership is individual and non-transferable. You can learn about each of the membership options, select your membership category, and complete the instructions here
Join or Renew ISPE Membership. We are a not-for-profit organization thus everything must be prepaid. You can pay by credit card, check withdrawn from US bank in the US, or bank transfer. If you would like to pay by check or bank transfer please complete the
ISPE Membership application and email it to
Member Services.
- I am having technical issues when trying to Join or Renew
We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing during the join or renew process. Please email us at

- How do I transfer my membership to another person?
ISPE membership is individual and not transferable. For more information, visit the
Join or Renew page.
- How do I cancel my membership?
You may terminate your membership with a full refund within 30 days of purchase via written notice to
Member Services. Membership purchased in conjunction with a conference or training event is only refundable upon approved cancellation of an event. Membership purchased in conjunction with a guidance document is only refundable if the purchaser agrees to pay nonmember price for the guide. For more information, visit the

- How do I access the Member Directory?
The
Membership Directory is a resource made available to Members only. The ISPE website search will not display information from the Membership Directory. To access Membership Directory please log into your account – select My Account – under Member-Only Resources click on Online Membership Directory.
- How do I start a new Affiliate or Chapter?

Hardship Program for current active member who is in between jobs. The cost is $40 for one year. To enroll in this program please email

- I am a member. Do I get the Pharmaceutical Engineering magazine?
- When do I expect my Pharmaceutical Engineering magazine?
- I did not receive the past Pharmaceutical Engineering magazine. Can I get a replacement?
Please check your address in your
Member Profile. Check the PE magazine tab on your profile and verify the Print option is checked. If you have not received the latest issue, please
contact us so we can verify your copy was sent to the address on file and you can reach out to your local mail carrier for further information. Although ISPE doesn’t send print PE replacements, ISPE members can always access digital

- Can a member join more than one chapter?
ISPE members can join more than one chapter or affiliate. Please send your request to
Member Services or call us at +1-813-960-2105.
- Can a member join the affiliate/chapter membership only?
ISPE membership includes affiliate/chapter membership. Non-Members cannot join the affiliate/chapter membership alone.
- Where do I find an answer for my technical question?
Members can join and post technical questions on the appropriate discussion forum at ISPE Engage and get answers from fellow members.
- How can I join the special Interest Group SIG?
Please contact Member Services and we will route your request to join to the appropriate SIG Leaders.
- Can I change my membership type?
Please send your inquiry to

- Where can I find my membership certificate and membership card?
You can print your membership card and certificate by logging into your account – My Account - Member-Only Resources – Print Your Membership certificate and Print Your Membership Card.
- Extended Absences from the Industry – Freezing Your Membership
ISPE Members are permitted to “freeze” their membership to accommodate extended absences from the industry for reasons such as medical or maternity leave. Upon freezing your account, you will not receive membership benefits. Memberships may remain frozen indefinitely until you contact an ISPE office to unfreeze it. If you attend a Society event while your membership is “frozen,” the non-member fee will apply unless you unfreeze your membership. When you reactive your membership it will be at the renewal rate. A Member may have one frozen period per year.
- I am a member, but I am not able to view a member-only content
It is required that you sign in with a valid active Member account. Please verify first that your user membership status is correct on your
Member Profile. If you cannot access content, please
contact us with the link for further assistance.
- Where do I find my membership dues receipt?
Please log into your account
Sign In (ispe.org). Click on Welcome xxx and select My Account – MY ACTIVITY – Membership – PRINT INVOICE – click on PRINT to print your dues receipt.

- How can I register for a training?

- Who do I contact to set up custom, onsite training?

- How do I access the online training portal?
Once you are registered for an online training course you will receive access information a week prior to your event to the email on file for the account used to register you for the conference. It is important you check your spam/junk folders in case the email was sent there instead of your inbox because it may not come from ispe.org. If you determine you have not received the access information, please
contact us or call us at +1-813-960-2105 as soon as possible prior to the training.
- Where can I find the download resources as part of a training course?
Once you are registered for a training course, a webinar and/or downloadable resource will be added to your account a week prior to your training date. Once you receive a notification about this please log into your account – select My Account – My Downloads to download the pdf resource or click on Dashboard Login to view the webinar.
- How do I make changes to a training course I’ve already registered for?
If you would like to edit you registration, please send the request to
Member Services or call us at +1-813-960-2105 to make the change as soon as possible prior to the conference.
- Where can I find proof of a certificate of completing a training course?
ISPE will provide continuing education units (ISPE CEUs) for all courses. Verification of CEUs is based on attendance as well as satisfactory completion of all evaluation materials.
When you have attended an
ISPE Classroom Training course, you will find your CEUs in your
Member Profile by going to the
My CEUs tab.
When you have attended an
ISPE Online Learning course, you will find your CEUs in your
Member Profile by going to the
My Downloads tab and following the
Dashboard Login link. Please review your training history in this dashboard to access your CEUs.
- How do I register for a training as part of a group?
Group discount applies to Member/Nonmember rate only. To qualify, all registrant information must be submitted at the same time. Registrations that arrive later will NOT be eligible for the group discount. To register as a group, please contact ISPE by telephone, +1-813-960-2105 or by email
Member Services.
Please note that customers need to submit a group discount form along with registration forms all at once. Later registration is not accepted. Group discount cannot be done online. Group discount cannot be combined with other discounts. In general discounts cannot be combined.
- Where can I get my receipt/confirmation for my registration?
Our system automatically emails receipt/confirmation to all attendees. Please check your spam or junk folder for those emails or you can send the request to
Member Services or call us at +1-813-960-2105 for assistance.
