Balance in Pharma Webinar Series
The UK Affiliate is pleased to announce the launch of a series of webinars to allow members to develop their professional skills and to promote diversity in the pharmaceutical industry workplace

These free to attend webinars will be lunchtime sessions followed up by a Q&A session a few weeks later giving attendees an opportunity to ask more in depth questions.

The content lead for the webinars is Dr Catherine Evans Joines of Changeopsis.
Catherine is an accredited certified coach who partners with organisations and individuals who are navigating the new global workplace environments and equips them with the tools required for effectiveness and leadership.
The ISPE UK Balance in Pharma lead is Dr Ranna Eardley-Patel, who is a practising engineering consultant with a doctorate in biochemical engineering and bioprocess leadership. Ranna is a volunteer for the ISPE UK Affiliate who has worked on many international biopharma projects whilst being a long-time advocate of diversity and inclusivity in science and engineering
