Balance in Pharma Webinar Series
The UK Affiliate is pleased to create a series of Balance in Pharma webinars to allow members to develop their professional skills and to promote diversity in the pharmaceutical industry workplace. These are free to attend webinars, open to the whole ISPE community.

In our first webinar, we explored Energy and Effectiveness in the workplace. We touched upon several common challenges, identified some mindset shifts and introduced some approaches and tools to help us regain command of situations and understand the important interplay between time and energy management.
This interactive session will allow us to dig into the topic a little deeper by expanding on some of the chatbox comments made during the previous webinar and allowing attendees to ask questions. Catherine will begin by exploring what you took from the session for example:
The aim is that we can all learn and deepen our understanding of what we need as individuals, team members, and leaders and how we can better manage our energy and increase our effectiveness so that we can thrive, rather than just survive, the work week!

The content lead for the webinars is Dr Catherine Evans Joines of Changeopsis. Catherine is an accredited certified coach who partners with organisations and individuals who are navigating the new global workplace environments and equips them with the tools required for effectiveness and leadership.
The ISPE UK Balance in Pharma lead is Dr Ranna Eardley-Patel, who is a practising engineering consultant with a doctorate in biochemical engineering and bioprocess leadership. Ranna is a volunteer for the ISPE UK Affiliate who has worked on many international biopharma projects, whilst being a long-time advocate of diversity and inclusivity in science and engineering.
