President
Stephanie leads her project controls organization to help life science companies deliver successful construction, equipment installation and commissioning projects. She uses project controls as the foundation to plan, monitor, control, forecast, and remediate these complex projects.
Since her graduation from the University of Washington, she has dedicated her life to the development and implementation of project controls. Stephanie’s knowledge and expertise comes from 30 years of working on construction sites. From the construction trailer to the boardroom, she has consulted for some the most respected organizations across the globe.
Stephanie is committed to improving the discipline of project controls through authoring white papers, writing for industry standard guidelines, conducting lessons learned workshops, training, and writing technical articles. In addition, she has delivered technical papers and presentations to AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering), PMI (Project Management Institute), and ISPE.
