Currently a consultant for GMP expertise at the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA), Marisa Delbo has an extensive professional background, having held the position of Italian representative at various international regulatory and advisory bodies (EMA, PIC/S), and being member of various technical working groups and scientific committees.
Having a Pharmacy degree and post-graduate diploma from University "La Sapienza" in Rome, a Herbalist diploma from University of Urbino, Marisa Delbo has been a lecturer and teacher in seminars, masters and specialization schools, and assessor of chemical, pharmaceutical and biological documentation of registration dossiers.
Following her activities of laboratory study and research, pharmacist, assessor and GMP senior inspector, Marisa has published five publications in international peer-reviewed Journals and has several contributions to congresses and national publications, is co-author of survey reports and rapporteur for various documents and guidelines, as well as peer-reviewer.
