Freddy Padilla is the Operations Manager for the ADVENT Engineering business line of Trinity Consultants, serving the Philadelphia area. Freddy has been with ADVENT Engineering for over 3 years and is a technical consultant in the areas of engineering, validation, manufacturing, and quality compliance.
Prior to joining ADVENT, Freddy worked at GSK as an Operations Manager, overseeing sterile clinical manufacturing for their R&D portfolio. Throughout his career, Freddy had held numerous roles related to Validation and Manufacturing which has increased his expertise in sterile fill finish activities. Freddy is an active contributor to the ASME BPE as he is a part of the Filler Task Group.
Freddy holds Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Business from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
