Alfred Ao Yu

Alfred Yu is the Senior Director of Engineering and Facilities at Matica Biotechnology Inc, located in Texas. Matica Bio is a CDMO organization aiming to change the way medicine is made by bringing together brilliant minds in science and engineering with the most advanced technologies. Before Resilience, Alfred had been serving at Sanofi Pasteur as the Director in Technical Services and Patheon (Thermo Fisher) as the site engineering lead. Alfred has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical, Biopharma and consumer product industries with global exposures outside Canada and US, including Asia Pacific regions. Alfred is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified maintenance and reliability professional (CMRP) from Society for Maintenance and Reliability. He is currently serving as a director on the ISPE Canadian Board.
