Jim Brinkman presently the leads the Engineering Operations team within Global Engineering. Mr. Brinkman joined Pfizer in 2003 and has previously led customer facing teams supporting sites within Ireland, Singapore, Latin America, and Canada. Previously, Jim has had various roles including site project engineering, maintenance/utilities management, and engineering leadership. Jim’s background includes project management, drug product manufacturing, API processing, biotechnology, and maintenance/facility operations.
Mr. Brinkman is a degreed mechanical engineer and holds professional engineering license within the State of New Jersey. Jim completed his undergraduate studies at Stevens Institute of Technology and received an MBA from Monmouth University. He is also a member of ISPE and the National Society of Professional Engineers.
He and his wife, Cathy, have two daughters and one son: Kristen, Caitlin, and Ken.
