Principal
Robert Dick, PE, co-founded Precis Engineering in 2005. He has over 25 years of industry experience as a mechanical engineer, project manager, vice president, and principal. He is a leader in the design of critical environments, utilities and controls for laboratories, vivariums, sterile and oral solid dosage manufacturing, biotechnology and in the design of campus utility distribution. Bob is highly proficient in energy analysis and hydronic modeling, where his technical and analytical strengths yield maximum system-wide benefits and efficiency. Bob served as principal in charge of the ISPE Facility of the Year 2013 Sustainability Category-winning Morphotek Pilot Plant and was instrumental in its collaborative design and execution. Bob holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and registration in 12 states. He is a member of ASHRAE, ISPE, co-chair of ISPE’s Delaware Valley Education Committee, and past participant on the 2005 ISPE OSD Guide Re-Write Committee.
