Lisa Rappl

Ms. Rappl is Associate Director of Asset Quality Lifecycle at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. She has 15+ years’ experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries with an emphasis on utility, facility and equipment design and implementation. Lisa has a broad scope of experience including engineering, project management, EH&S as well as constructing and commissioning buildings and equipment. She recently managed the team of engineers responsible for the design and implementation of the facilities and utilities within BioMarin’s newest gene therapy facility, which won ISPE’s FOYA award in the category of Project Execution. Ms. Rappl has B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University in Villanova, PA.
