Klaus has been a Pharmacist since 1989.
He worked in the pharmaceutical industry 1992 - 1996, being involved in Development, QA, Scale-up & Validation.
A GMP-Inspector since 1996 when he started working for the Government of upper Bavaria, Klaus was between 2007 - 2013 Deputy Head of central authority for supervision of medicinal products (GMDP and GCP inspectorate) of German state of Bavaria as long as it existed.
His current position, since 2014, is Head of Department II23.2 Pharmacy (Drug Manufacturing, APIs, Blood and Tissues) of State District Authority Darmstadt (competent authority for German state of Hesse) and Head of GMDP Inspectorate of Hesse.
