Vice President, Hospital Business Unit Global Supply Chain
Tom Cheslock is currently the Vice President, Global Supply Chain of Pfizer’s Hospital Business Unit (HBU), and a member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Tom is the primary Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) interface to the Global HBU Commercial Business Unit with accountability for achieving customer service targets including escalation and coordination of supply resolution and optimized inventory targets. Tom is also responsible for Hospital product portfolio which involves aspects of product strategy and orchestration, supply chain management, plant planning, demand planning and supply operations. Tom has 23 years with Pfizer, starting as a Supply Planning Manager with responsibilities for Solid Oral Dose and Vaccine brands; he then moved to Knoxville, Tennessee as Director of Distribution and Logistics Operations. He transitioned to Senior Director Supply Chain Strategy and operations management, before holding the Global Supply Chain leader role for Pfizer Consumer Health prior to transitioning to his current role. Prior to Pfizer, Tom was at Ford Motor Company as manufacturing engineer and held roles throughout the manufacturing and supply chain organization. Tom has an M.B.A. in Management Sciences and Operations Management from Temple University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
