Yury is the Global Strategy Leader for the WW Manufacturing industry at Microsoft. She is accountable for go-to-market digital strategy and for leading value-based envisioning with C-level customers empowering them to unlock competitive advantage.
She provides the digital transformation vision for cross-industry manufacturing clients including pharmaceuticals, healthcare and medical devices. Prior to joining Microsoft, Yury spent 12 years with Johnson & Johnson in multiple leadership roles supporting all global segments of the company and multiple functions including R&D innovation, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, E2E Supply Chain, Commercial Operations and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Yury holds an MBA from Kenan Flagler’s University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a master degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
