Patrick Smith has a PharmD from UCSF and conducted his clinical practice residency at Duke University Medical Center. He was on the faculty at the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy before working in various positions in clinical pharmacology/translational medicine at Roche/Genentech and then moving into consulting. Patrick is currently Senior Vice President of Integrated Drug Development at Certara, where he is responsible for leading drug development programs for clients. Patrick has authored more than 125 peer-reviewed scientific publications and is an expert in the application of model-informed drug development.
