GAMP COP Benelux 'Agile Validation in GxP Projects' workshop

On October 8th, ISPE GAMP COP BeNeLux organized a very well-attended event 'Agile Validation in GxP Projects' at Deloitte in Zaventem (Belgium). Three enthusiastic speakers gave a good overview of what Agile is and how it can use within the Life Science Industry. A workshop was organized, discussing the pros and cons of 3 possible Agile Validation methods using SWOT technology. Participants actively participated, with lively discussions: What is the role of QA? Does Agile Validation save you time? How do you staff the different Agile roles? What is the best methodology? Should we abandon Waterfall?

The afternoon ended with networking, including a well-served dinner. Thanks to Deloitte (as host/sponsor), all speakers, all workshop leads and all attendees to make this event very successful.
