Rose Doolittle

Rose Doolittle is the Sr. Director, Pharmacovigilance CAPA Center of Excellence with global responsibility for oversight and governance of PV CAPA across all sectors at Johnson & Johnson. She has over 24 years of industry experience with a progression of operations and business support roles in both commercial and R&D environments. At Synergen, Inc she began a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and moved to Merck & Co., Inc. in vaccine manufacturing operations. During career moves at Smith-Kline Beecham, Inc. and Centocor, Inc. she had the opportunity to work on new facility startups and commercial launches. In 1999, Centocor, Inc. was acquired by Johnson & Johnson and for the last 19 years, Rose has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in Manufacturing, Quality and Quality Systems. She is passionate about career development and mentoring for future leaders. Rose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware and has completed green belt process excellence training.
