Eric R. Schnake

Eric Schnake is an engineering leader with over 30 years of experience driving business results in biopharma manufacturing plant and facility design, project & program management, and construction of capital projects in the United States and Europe. As Engineering Leader for Takeda’s new plasma protein manufacturing facility near Covington, GA he was responsible for all engineering and design for the facility as well as hiring and developing the internal engineering and maintenance team of over 140 persons. He has previously held engineering positions at Grifols Therapeutics and Bayer Healthcare in North Carolina and Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, MI. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has worked extensively in the planning, design, construction and validation and startup of these manufacturing facilities.
