ISPE Returns to In-Person Events with Three Signature Conferences in Fall 2021

It is with great pleasure that ISPE announces the return to hosting in-person events this fall with three signature conferences: 2021 ISPE Facilities of the Future Conference, 2021 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo, and 2021 ISPE Pharma 4.0™ and Annex 1 Conference.
These conferences will occur in a hybrid format, including in-person and virtual options to allow for global participation.
Our Members and industry have welcomed the chance to continue learning and networking at virtual events during the pandemic. Now, with conditions improving, we are pleased to bring together leading experts, regulators, and exhibitors for these hybrid events for the invaluable face-to-face interactions we have all been missing, and to continue reaching people not yet able to travel.
ISPE is committed to adhering to the local and state authorities’ COVID guidelines and restrictions. New and robust risk mitigation measures are being undertaken to ensure the safety of ISPE’s in-person events. Specific risk mitigation measures that ISPE will undertake at in-person events are outlined here.
The 2021 ISPE Facilities of the Future Conference takes place 28–29 September 2021 in Rockville, Maryland, USA. This event will explore advancements in pharmaceutical technologies and what pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities will look like in the future. Industry leaders already planning and building “facilities of the future” will share insights into new manufacturing challenges, technologies, and regulatory factors impacting the ability of today’s companies to stay competitive and cost-effective.
The 2021 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo takes place 31 October–3 November 2021 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. This is ISPE’s biggest event of the year, drawing pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical professionals worldwide at all levels of the industry. This year’s program ushers in a revitalized focus on excellence, modernization, and harmonization in pharmaceutical science and manufacturing across the globe, offering pharma professionals the opportunity to engage in industry-critical conversations.
The 2021 ISPE Pharma 4.0™ and Annex 1 Conference takes place 8–9 December 2021 in Vienna, Austria. Leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers, technology providers, academic scientists, and international regulators will come together to network, share insights, and provide an outlook on the evolving landscape and future of Pharma 4.0™ supported aseptic manufacturing.
